Full TimeKey Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage all activities carried out by the field team, ensuring effective supervision and coordination.
-Develop and implement detailed project work plans, and revise them as needed to meet changing requirements and objectives.
-Conduct market and vendor assessments as necessary to support project activities.
-Contribute to community needs assessments and baseline data collection to inform and guide project implementation.
-Provide relevant information to the Project Manager and Grants Department to support the development of future project proposals.
-Ensure the project is implemented in accordance with agreed quality standards and budgetary constraints.
-Monitor project progress and report on each stage, highlighting any challenges or issues encountered.
-Maintain accurate records and Means of Verification (MoVs) for all project activities.
-Prepare periodic reports detailing progress on individual project activities.
-Supervise the implementation of the assigned project in accordance with its scope, as well as established standards and procedures.
-Deliver technical training sessions to beneficiaries and provide ongoing technical extension support
