Key Responsibilities:
HR Manager will oversee the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team
S/He will be responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department.
She will support current and future WATAN needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Languages
Fluent in Arabic & English (strong written and verbal skills)
Abilities and Personal Skills
6-10 years of experience proven working experience as HR manager or Recruitment
Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as Recruitment, pay & benefits, on boarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of lobar law and HR best practices
