Job Purpose

Contribute to the provision of services for the development, planning and organization of human cadres and personnel affairs in the authority and supervision of evaluation and qualification programs, raising the efficiency of workers and taking care of their rights to ensure the effective use of human resources in all departments of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that work relations are in accordance with the organizational structure with controlling and organizing employee files and ensuring their completion, preservation, confidentiality and archiving electronically and on paper - organizing and updating the employee database on an ongoing basis - archiving - sending and receiving emails
  2. Ensuring the implementation of the policies and procedures adopted by the Humanitarian Relief Authority, while spreading culture and institutional awareness
  3. Preparation and continuous processing of all requirements related to the human resources department required by the technical supervisors in the Gaziantep office
  4. Follow up on the implementation and application of the procedures, policies and plans regulating the recruitment and selection of employees by all the methods followed and the appropriate recruitment, while organizing the procedures for managing their affairs during work
  5. High coordination with management, department and project managers in the head office and internal human resources officials in everything related to the work of the human resources department
  6. Maintaining continuous communication with all department employees concerned with any matter related to the department’s work, responding to internal and external inquiries, and following up on complaints and suggestions related to the department’s work.
  7. Doing the necessary duly for the recurring periodic work (organizing the staff schedule - payroll schedules - work schedules - work assignments - vacations) and submitting them to the direct manager
  8. Full coordination with the department manager and sending all work updates and periodic reports

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

  1. Essential:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, HR, or related fields.
    • One to three years of progressive professional HR experience.
    • Advanced level in English & Arabic.
  2. Desirable:
    • MBA or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
    • More than three years of progressive professional experience HR.
