Job Purpose
Providing training of trainers (ToT) in Rural Development and Strengthening the Role of Womenskills to trainees (cooperatives' boards and members). In addition, the same training, with the help of members who have completed the ToT, is being delivered to cooperative members in Al-Hadher and Zarbah areas in the southern Aleppo countryside.
The trainer provides specialized training in Rural Development and Strengthening the Role of Womento meet the needs of these cooperatives to develop their skills in Rural Development and Strengthening the Role of Women, keeping pace with global developments in this field. The program aims to enable trainees in Rural Development and Strengthening the Role of Womenthat meet the requirements of the current stage.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare appropriate training materials in coordination with the project manager.
Deliver training that primarily includes Rural Development and Strengthening the Role of Womenskills for trainees.
Evaluate trainees' performance through pre- and post-training tests.
Provide constructive feedback to improve trainees' performance.
Provide necessary educational resources and references.
Prepare the training agenda.
Prepare work reports.
