Summary of the position
The Project Officer, reporting to the Office Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of projects and the smooth operation of health facilities within their assigned area. This role involves conducting regular field visits, monitoring project progress, coordinating with health facilities, and serving as the primary point of contact for operational and facility-related matters. The Project Officer will also support communication, reporting, and logistical coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies and donor requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects in coordination with health facilities and operational teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure projects are being implemented according to plans and timelines.
- Identify challenges in project implementation and report them to the Office Manager with proposed solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all health facilities within the scope of the office.
- Ensure that health facilities receive the necessary support, supplies, and resources to deliver quality services.
- Collect and compile data from health facilities for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain regular communication with health facility managers, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on field activities, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Share updates on project implementation with the Office Manager and the project section.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, HR, and other operations teams to address field-level needs.
- Follow up on the delivery of supplies, equipment, and other resources to health facilities.
- Ensure all field operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify potential risks in field operations and report them promptly to the Office Manager.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, local regulations, and organizational policies.
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required:
- A University Degree In any related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management is mandatory

Languages:
- Fluent in the Arabic language (Mother Tongue).
- Intermediate written and spoken English language.
