Supply Chain and Market Development Trainer - Southern Aleppo Countryside

Job Purpose

Providing training of trainers (ToT) in Supply Chain and Market Development skills to trainees (cooperatives' boards and members). In addition, the same training, with the help of members who have completed the ToT, is being delivered to cooperative members in Al-Hadher and Zarbah areas in the southern Aleppo countryside.

The trainer provides specialized training in Supply Chain and Market Development to meet the needs of these cooperatives to develop their skills in Supply Chain and Market Development, keeping pace with global developments in this field. The program aims to enable trainees in Supply Chain and Market Development that meet the requirements of the current stage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare appropriate training materials in coordination with the project manager.

Deliver training that primarily includes Supply Chain and Market Development skills for trainees.

Evaluate trainees' performance through pre- and post-training tests.

Provide constructive feedback to improve trainees' performance.

Provide necessary educational resources and references.

Prepare the training agenda.

Prepare work reports.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

1. Essential:

• An academic degree in any field related to the required training.
• At least two years of previous training experience.Experience in the same field for at least one year.
• Tactful and good at dealing with others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with and commitment to humanitarian standards.
