Lab Technician /Aleppo/Al Bab

Key Responsibilities:

The medical technician is responsible for delivering specialized health services as per the technical instructions of the head of departments or the supervisor doctor. The medical technician is engaged in the implementation aspect of the health department plan of WATAN.

• Providing all tests and medical procedures necessary for blood units from the moment they arrive at the bank until the storage stage.
• Supervising the process of distributing blood from refrigerators according to approved requests
• Supervising the process of cooling blood units, filling records, and informing the director of any storage problem
• Determine the logistical needs of the department and inform the line manager.
• Support the medical team in emergency situations or as instructed by the line manager.

Attending and presenting technical trainings to the relevant team in the implementation area

Qualifications

• Education Major /Intermediate medical institute
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Minimum 3 years professional and proven practical experience
• Working under pressure.
• Team management and working.
• Time management.
• Fair level of proficiency in Word and Excel
