Project Manager

We are looking for a professional Project Manager with strong experience in planning, managing, and executing projects at a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading diverse projects within a dynamic, multi-track work environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle and ensuring that results are achieved according to strategic objectives, while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
2. Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and performance indicators.
3. Manage resources and control budgets efficiently.
4. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
6. Prepare periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders
7. Improve processes and build effective internal project management systems.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in project management.
2. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalent).
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong skills in planning, analysis, and risk management.
5. Experience in fast-growing environments is an advantage.
6. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
