Program Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Data Management & System Development

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data collection and management systems for multisectoral programs.

Ensure data storage systems are secure, organized, and accessible to authorized staff.

Oversee data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes.

Integrate field-level data into centralized organizational databases.

- Data Analysis & Visualization

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of program data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Develop dashboards, visual reports, and infographics for internal and external use.

Support the program team in interpreting data for strategic decision-making and program adaptation.

- Reporting & Donor Compliance

Lead the preparation of data-driven reports for donors, cluster coordination, and internal management.

Ensure all reports meet donor, sector, and organizational quality standards.

Coordinate with MEAL and program teams to ensure timely submission of data inputs for reporting cycles.

- Capacity Building

Provide training and mentoring to field staff, program officers, and MEAL teams on data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Support the development of SOPs and guidelines for data management across projects.

- Coordination & Representation

Collaborate closely with sector leads, MEAL staff, and IT to ensure data needs are met.

Represent Bahar Organization in relevant inter-agency data and information management forums.
